Rosemary

Rosemary is an aromatic, evergreen shrub whose leaves are often used to enhance the flavor of ground meat or roast pork, lamb, chicken and turkey. It was highly valued in ancient Greek, Roman, Egyptian and Hebrew cultures and was considered a sacred plant. Rosemary's invigorating herbaceous scent is often used in aromatherapy and massage therapy.
